I’m Kai, a spiritual life coach, healer, and guide for women—especially Black women—ready to reclaim their power and live in alignment with their divine purpose.

My path has been shaped by many spiritual awakenings—each one peeling back a layer of illusion and revealing deeper truths. My journey began with uncovering the reality of my people: the injustices placed upon those of the African diaspora, the erasure of our cultural and spiritual traditions, and the deep wounding caused by our disconnection from ancestral knowledge.

I came to understand that spiritual oppression was not just a side effect of colonization—it was the goal. To disconnect us from our inner knowing, our intuition, our power. And once that power was hidden, we were conditioned to give it away.

In 2022, I lost my father—a heartbreak that cracked me open and pushed me even deeper into the spiritual realm. Hearing his voice, feeling his presence, and receiving signs from him allowed me to witness that we are truly energy. That death is not an ending, but a portal. That our loved ones remain close, guiding us from the unseen. That realization awakened even more of my gifts and affirmed my purpose.

Through facing my own shadows, healing generational trauma, and reprogramming limiting beliefs, I returned home to myself. I became a spiritual life coach not because I had all the answers—but because I found the tools to remember who I was, and I knew I had to share them.

We were born gifted, intuitive, creative, and whole. Anything that blocks that truth—fear, shame, conditioning—has no place in your story anymore.
